SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Shadái Revolution.
All products require processing time before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days.

International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, destination, and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Shadái Revolution is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not controlled or collected by Shadái Revolution.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@shadairevolution.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shadái Revolution is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you with carrier claims when possible.
